Everyone is price conscious these days and that is the primary factor driving any major purchase, especially a home.  After searching around the Davenport area to see what is available in new home construction, I was amazed to find several developments that are truly good bargains for the homebuyer. 

These family subdivisions range in price from $158,900 up to $239,900 depending on size of home, choice of upgrades, and location of community.  Some are gated, have conservation or lake views, and have larger lots close to 1/4 acre or more.  The homes are of good quality, with reputable, well-known builders, who are offering a wide range of incentives:   closing costs paid, small down payments, upgrades incuded in the base price or a choice of free upgrade packages, no lot premiums for quality view, or lease back options.  Each community already has existing models to view, some spec homes for ready purchase, and a variety of floor plans to choose from.  Sizes range from 1,468 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft., all with at least 3 or 4 bedrooms. 

All communities are close to Hwy. 27 in Polk County, leading to I-4, have shopping, restaurants and medical facilities close by, as well as local schools.  For those who want a brand new home, there are some terrific buys right now.  All builders have financing available through preferred lenders with a variety of mortgage packages.  Now is certainly the time to act, as these "builder bargains for buyers" will not last forever!
