Champions Gate

 Champions Gate is a Central Florida golfing resort, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and located immediately off Exit 58 of Interstate 4 West.

There are several condo and town home subdivisions less than 3 years old that have been built in the midst of two championship golf courses. An added feature at this location is the 4 star Omni Hotel Resort, which includes an 850 foot lazy river attraction, and exclusive spa treatments.  Bella Trae by Del Webb is a resort-style community of condos and townhomes which offers a myriad of activities through its 12,500 sq. ft. clubhouse and activities director. 

The hotel also offers a vast array of elegant dining options, all open to the public. If a lighter meal is desired, a full service shopping plaza is right in the “heart” of Champions Gate, with a grocery store, fast food or dining restaurants, service facilities and many other conveniences.

What is now an open field along Champions Gate Boulevard is the future site for the community's downtown area. Champions Gate Resort has announced that it will build a $65 million “Lifestyle Center” to benefit all those living in the Four Corners area.

This new development, using the town-center concept, will have 65,000 square feet of retail space, 37,000 square feet of offices and 204 apartments. Designed for leisure, there will be a lot of focus on restaurants from coffee shops to full-service, fine-dining locations.

However, this major project is currently "on hold" due to economic conditions.
