CALABAY PARC

Located on Hwy. 27, almost half way between I-4 (Exit 55) and Hwy. 192, this beautiful community was established for vacation homes, but today there are permanent residential homes as well.  It is also conveniently located to many restaurants, the new Posner Park shopping plaza, grocery stores, and many other conveniences. 

Although Calabay Parc is not a golf course community, it's location is only minutes from Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate, and Ridgewood Lakes golf courses.  The community was established with tree lined streets and mature landscaping which gives it an air of privacy and beauty.  The HOA maintains all lawn care, so there is consistency throughout with all lawns looking manicured and well kept.

Single family homes range in price from the high $100's to the $300's depending on size and location.  Most homes in this community have their own pools and many back up to privacy. It is a lovely area for walking or riding a bike, and there is a community playground for children.

The entrance to Calabay Parc is not gated, but impressive.   However, there is CCTV (close circuit TV) coverage in the community for security.   Homeowners in this community take great pride in their homes and it shows.  This is one community in the area where price is well worth it.
